Aimee
Founder
Hola! I’m Aimee, founder of Bisitours and I am going to tell you something more about Bisitours. I’m from the Netherlands but I’ve been living in Madrid since 2018 and am having a great time here. This feeling has only increased since I started Bisitours. It is my passion to show people around and give them a fantastic experience in my city. Because that’s what Madrid feels like very quickly. I live in the neighborhood of La Latina, a neighborhood that I also love to show you during our tour.
My favorite things to do in Madrid? Yes, really, cycling. I think it is such a free feeling to cycle through the gigantic Spanish capital. I also love the typical Spanish weekends. A game of padel on Saturday morning and then hanging out all day in a Market Hall with friends, eating good tapas and having a drink. On this page I would also like to tell you more about Bisitours and introduce you to the fantastic team of guides who make it possible for you to experience Madrid in a unique way.
Janne
Guide
Hi! My name is Janne, and in the summer of 2021 I moved from Amsterdam to sunny (250 days a year!!) Madrid. The year before, my heart was stolen by this cozy and beautiful city, and I decided to go to Spain after my graduation to live and work here. So far so good! I love discovering new places: museums, nice streets and places to eat. I like to share my experiences with during one of my tours so everyone can enjoy what the city has to offer! If I’m not on a bike, I’m probably walking around the city somewhere with a camera in my hand, getting lost in the beautiful streets looking for new gems. Also I take care of the instagram page of Bisitours. This page I recommend you to follow because it has a lot of good advices that you can use during your citytrip in Madrid, and of course the pictures are beautiful. See you in Madrid!

Jos
Marketing
My name is Jos aka “Aimee’s brother”. The passion for cycling clearly runs in the family. I am a sportsman and road cyclist. After several visits to Madrid, I was very impressed. The city, the climate and the whole “Spanish Vibe” really attracted me. So the idea of growing Bisitours together with my sister was quickly born. I make sure that Bisitours is well found on the Internet. A fun challenge that ties in with my own company Klubb Agency. Hope to see you soon! Adi(J)os!
Rent & Roll
Collaboration
During our English tours we work with a local Spanish company Rent and Roll. So you might also meet one of their fantastic guides during your English spoken bike tour. The collaboration with this company is fantastic, we are proud to introduce you to one of their guides during a bike tour, who will make you have a great time. If you would like to rent the bike for a longer period after the tour, you can book your bike rental through this website.

Linde
Intern
Hi, I’m Linde and I’m in the third year of my study International Tourism Management at TIO University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht, The Netherlands. For my studies I can do an internship abroad for three months and I chose Bisitours in beautiful Madrid. What could be more fun than discovering all kinds of beautiful places, nice streets and neighborhoods of this city by bike? Want to wander around and find different unique squares and tapas restaurants? I love to discover new things and it is therefore logical that I am really looking forward to my Spanish adventure.
Fleur
Guide
I’m Fleur and I’m studying and living in beautiful Madrid until the summer. I immediately fell in love with this city the first week; there is always something to do everywhere! In every neighborhood you imagine yourself between different streets, eateries, bars and people; you never get tired of it! One of the first things I thought I would buy again in Madrid was a bicycle. This was a bit too optimistic but with Bisitours you can cycle through the whole city and this makes me very happy as a Dutchman!! I started this adventure in my first week with a bike tour at Bisitours. I really enjoyed seeing how enthusiastic my guide was about the city and how much she could tell about it!! I am now well established myself and I can’t wait to enthuse others just as much about this wonderful city. Adios!

Tamara
guide
Hello! My name is Tamara and from the sports sciences course I chose to do my minor in the beautiful and cozy Madrid. I myself live in the La Latina district, where I like to look for new places to eat and on Sundays I can walk over the el Rastro market. I like to do sports, good food and I love to discover new places in the city. The fact that I can cycle through this bustling city for Bisitours and also introduce others to the beautiful streets, squares and restaurants here in Madrid is a match made in heaven for a sports lover and explorer like me. I’d love to take you on tour, and I promise I won’t ride too fast. Hope to see you soon!
Rutger
Guide
Hello buenas! My name is Rutger. I enjoy living and studying in the capital of Spain, Madrid. Since I’ve been here I haven’t been bored for a moment. With every ray of sunshine (and there are quite a few), the terraces are full of bubbling people. The city has a very good, authentic and Spanish atmosphere. So don’t be surprised if you find me on a terrace or in a bar. I also love to wander through the city. The city is overflowing with history and culture. I like to go to museums, which I would like to give you more information about. I also love the big streets, authentic squares and parks, especially the Retiro park. This is where Madrilenians come together to relax, recreate and do sports. I would like to tell you more about the history of all these special places during my tour. See you soon and goodbye!

Iris
Guide
Hi! I’m Iris and I’ve been living in sunny and cozy Madrid for my studies since last summer. So that’s been a while now and I’m still not looking forward to it. There is so much to see and do, I never get bored! From Flamenco to Afro jams; from dancing in the early morning hours to a nice coffee the next day; from running in the Retiro to the hikes around Madrid. The city and the Spanish culture surprise me as a Dutchman and I really enjoy it. Slowly I start to find my own favorite spots in the different neighborhoods in the big city. And nothing is more fun to show this to you on a bike, because I secretly miss cycling. See you soon!
Irene
Guide
Hey! My name is Irene, and although the name sounds familiar to Spaniards, I actually come from a small village in the Netherlands. I was given the opportunity to do research abroad. Because of my love for Spain and hearing good stories about life in Madrid, I left our cold little country this summer. In between my Spanish lessons I like to go out and discover new museums, markets, parks, squares and cafes. I’ve already seen how easy that is in Madrid, because the city has so much to offer! Madrid has several districts, but the charms of the city can be found in each of them. On a bicycle, which is so normal for us Dutch people, you can clearly see how everything comes together and the city takes shape. I look forward to seeing you soon, to see together how Madrid exudes its charm, hasta luego!

Tijmen
Guide
Bienvenidos a Madrid! I’m Tijmen, and I think Madrid is such an incredibly cool city! Everyone lives their best life, so each neighborhood really has its own character, which makes the city extremely diverse and open. The diversity of people, colors in the streets, delicious food and narrow cozy streets made me feel right at home here. The city is also full of beautiful buildings, which, as a student of architecture, can of course indulge me. From the ancient Velázquez architecture in Retiro Park to the modern buildings on Gran Via, Madrid has it all. I can’t wait to share this passion with you during the bike ride! Hasta pronto!
