Hola, que tal? I’m Eva, 23 years old and I recently started living and working in this beautiful city (that never sleeps!). I was actually only going to spend a few months here, but it didn’t take long before I fell in love with the charm, culture, people and fun that Madrid has to offer, and I decided to stay a while. Not to forget: the sun almost always shines here! I first lived in the relaxed La Latina neighborhood, but now I have moved to the always bustling Chueca. I really like that each neighborhood has its own completely different atmosphere, that is one of the things why I like Madrid so much. I can’t wait to show you more about this fantastic city! Hello all! I am Renée, 26 years old and originally from Maastricht. For my medical studies, I packed my bags and moved to the enchanting Madrid. This city has a magical appeal that you quickly give in to and decide you never want to leave. While I’m doing my best to learn Spanish, I really enjoy exploring this sunny city on foot or by bike. Each neighborhood has its own charm and there is always something exciting to experience. Although I live near Plaza de España, I discover new places every day during my walks. My name is Jos, also known as “Aimee’s brother”. The passion for cycling clearly runs in the family. I am a fanatic sportsman and racing cyclist. After a number of visits to Madrid I was very impressed. The city, the climate and the whole “Spanish Vibe” really attracted me. Muy Buenas, I’m Alex and I moved to Madrid two years ago to study and learn Spanish. It has quickly become my favorite city thanks to its beautiful streets, wonderful people and good food. I love walking through the parks and different neighborhoods and hanging out with friends on one of the sunny terraces. I live just below the center, a stone’s throw from Lavapiés en la Latina, so the neighborhood is always buzzing with life. Hey! My name is Mathias, I am originally from Antwerp. I have been living in beautiful Madrid since October 2022. Although it is very different from my “hometown”, Madrid still manages to make me feel at home with its welcoming atmosphere. The Rent and Roll team: Galce, Sebastian, Miguel, Fran, Isaac and Abdul are always there for us, they provide a fantastic welcome at the bicycle shop.
