About Bisitours
Aimee
Owner
Hello! I’m Aimee, founder of Bisitours. I have been living in Madrid since 2018 and I really enjoy living here. This feeling has only been strengthened since I started working on Bisitours. It is my passion to show people around and give them a fantastic experience in my city. Because that’s what Madrid feels very quickly. I live in the La Latina district, a neighborhood that I would also like to show you because it is very cozy and beautiful. My favorite things to do in Madrid? Yes, really: cycling. I think it feels so free to cycle through such a gigantic Spanish capital. I also love the typical Spanish weekends. A game of Padel on Saturday morning and then hang out in a Market Hall all day with friends and eat tapas and have a drink. On this page I would also like to introduce you to the fantastic team of guides who make it possible for you to experience Madrid in a unique way.
Eva
Guide
Hola, que tal? I’m Eva, 23 years old and I recently started living and working in this beautiful city (that never sleeps!). I was actually only going to spend a few months here, but it didn’t take long before I fell in love with the charm, culture, people and fun that Madrid has to offer, and I decided to stay a while. Not to forget: the sun almost always shines here! I first lived in the relaxed La Latina neighborhood, but now I have moved to the always bustling Chueca. I really like that each neighborhood has its own completely different atmosphere, that is one of the things why I like Madrid so much. I can’t wait to show you more about this fantastic city! Nos vemos!

Maurits
Guide
Hola. My name is Maurits, and I am an enthusiastic student in Madrid. I got the chance to go abroad for my minor this year and exchange the hurried Dutch life for sangria and the Spanish sun; Of course no one says no to that! I have a preference for Spanish cities and grew up as a child in the town of Moraleja, close to here. After studying and working in Barcelona and Malaga, the unique charm of Madrid really takes the cake! One thing is certain, you will never be bored in Madrid. There is always something to do here. How nice is it to combine these sights with our favorite Dutch hobby? That’s why I’d like to take you on a bike ride to make you as enthusiastic about Madrid as I am. Hasta pronto
Amber
Guide
Hello! I am Amber and I live in Madrid to take a number of subjects for my studies and to learn the Spanish language and culture. I come from a small village in Brabant, but I feel completely at home in this big city! I really enjoy all the beautiful buildings, the relaxing parks and the delicious tapas. In addition to my studies, I really enjoy showing other people around this beautiful city. I live right in the center (near Sol) and often explore the city on foot. But by bike we can see all the most important and beautiful places in a short time and then you immediately have a nice overview of the city and the most beautiful places. I can’t wait to take you through the city that I am now somewhat in love with. Hasta luego!
Renee
Guide
Hello all! I am Renée, 26 years old and originally from Maastricht. For my medical studies, I packed my bags and moved to the enchanting Madrid. This city has a magical appeal that you quickly give in to and decide you never want to leave. While I’m doing my best to learn Spanish, I really enjoy exploring this sunny city on foot or by bike. Each neighborhood has its own charm and there is always something exciting to experience. Although I live near Plaza de España, I discover new places every day during my walks. Madrid is bursting with great restaurants and tapas bars, so there is always something new to taste. I look forward to meeting you and exploring the city together. Hasta pronto!

Guide / Instagram
Hi! My name is Janne, and in the summer of 2021 I moved to sunny (250 days a year!!) Madrid. The year before, my heart was stolen by this cozy and beautiful city, and after graduating I decided to move to the south to live and work here. So far so good! I love discovering new places. From museums to nice streets and places to eat. I like to share this with others, so that everyone can enjoy what the city has to offer! And how nice is it to be able to share these tips through bicycle tours. If I’m not on my bike, I’m probably walking through the city somewhere. Camera in hand, get lost through the beautiful streets in search of new pearls. I also take care of the Instagram page of Bisitours. See you in Madrid!

Guide
Hey! My name is Mathias, I am originally from Antwerp. I have been living in beautiful Madrid since October 2022. Although it is very different from my “hometown”, Madrid still manages to make me feel at home with its welcoming atmosphere. When I am not giving bicycle tours, you can find me in the many beautiful museums or on one of the many terraces that the city has to offer. I’m looking forward to sharing my enthusiasm for this pearl of a city, see you then!
Jos
Marketing
My name is Jos, also known as “Aimee’s brother”. The passion for cycling clearly runs in the family. I am a fanatic sportsman and racing cyclist. After a number of visits to Madrid I was very impressed. The city, the climate and the whole “Spanish Vibe” really attracted me. The idea to further grow Bisitours together with my sister was therefore quickly born. I ensure that Bisitours is easily found via Google and Social Media. A fun challenge that fits in with what I do in my marketing company Klubb Agency. Hopefully see you soon! Adi(j)os!

Muy Buenas, I’m Alex and I moved to Madrid two years ago to study and learn Spanish. It has quickly become my favorite city thanks to its beautiful streets, wonderful people and good food. I love walking through the parks and different neighborhoods and hanging out with friends on one of the sunny terraces. I live just below the center, a stone’s throw from Lavapiés en la Latina, so the neighborhood is always buzzing with life. I can’t wait to show you my favorite places around the city and tell the history behind them. Hasta la vista!
